Beetroot Relish and Cream Cheese Appertizer

Savoury crackers

Cream cheese

Beetroot Relish

Smoked salmon

Capers

Red onion

Method:

Place the cream cheese into a bowl, and using a stand mixer or a whisk, beat the cheese until soft and fluffy. Transfer the cream cheese into a piping bag.

Pipe the whipped cream cheese onto the savoury crackers. Then with a teaspoon, load on some of our Beetroot Relish on top of the cream cheese.

Next place some smoked salmon on the cracker and top with capers and thinly sliced red onion. Finish off with a parsley leaf and enjoy!
