Ingredients:

• Savoury crackers

• Cream cheese

• Beetroot Relish

• Smoked salmon

• Capers

• Red onion

• Parsley

Method:

• Place the cream cheese into a bowl, and using a stand mixer or a whisk, beat the cheese until soft and fluffy. Transfer the cream cheese into a piping bag.

• Pipe the whipped cream cheese onto the savoury crackers. Then with a teaspoon, load on some of our Beetroot Relish on top of the cream cheese. 

• Next place some smoked salmon on the cracker and top with capers and thinly sliced red onion. Finish off with a parsley leaf and enjoy!
