Black Garlic Pineapple Bacon Bites
Ingredients

100g bacon slices

Tinned pineapple chunks

2 tbsp Black Garlic Drizzle
Method:

On a chopping board lay out the slices of the bacon. On the edge of each slice, add a piece of pineapple.

Carefully roll the bacon around the pineapple and secure with a toothpick.

In a cold saucepan add the bacon rolls and turn the stove on to medium high heat. Cook the bacon until crispy and brown and then flip to cook the other side.

Once cooked add the Black Garlic Drizzle and coat the bacon bits, turning them over. Continue to cook for a couple of minutes until the drizzle has fully coated them and thickened. Then remove from the pan and serve. Enjoy!
