Fruit Paste Persimmon Appetizer
Ingredients

3 persimmons

3 slices of white bread
-
3 tbsp Springmount Fine Foods Fruit paste

Method:

Finely slice the persimmons, and lay 4 slices down on a board, making sure that the ends of each slice are overlapping. Continue to do this for the rest of the persimmons.

Carefully grab one end of the persimmon slice line and start to roll tightly. Continue to roll until they look like small roses.

Using a small cookie cutter, cut small rounds out of the bread. Then place a small amount of the fruit paste onto the bread and smooth out with a butter knife.

Carefully place the persimmon roses on top of the bread slices. Enjoy!
