Spiced Pear Chai Latte
Ingredients:

2 cups of desired milk (we recommend full cream milk for a creamier latte)

3 tsp Springmount Fine Foods Spiced Pear Paste
-
1 black tea bag (or 2 grams of loose-leaf black tea)
-
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
-
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
-
Optional: Star anise and/or cinnamon stick to serve

Method:
-
In a saucepan bring the milk to a simmer over low medium heat.

Once the milk is hot, add the tea bag and allow the tea to steep for 2 – 4 minutes, depending on your desired strength of tea.

Remove tea bag and stir in the Spiced Pear Paste.

Once dissolved sprinkle in your cinnamon and nutmeg and serve hot. Enjoy!

Optional: Add star anise and/or cinnamon stick to serve for a totally Instagramable cuppa!
