Ingredients:

• 2 bread rolls

• 2 tbsp mayonnaise

• 4 tbsp Springmount Fine Foods Beetroot Relish

• Handful of lettuce

• 1 large tomato, sliced

• 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

• 1/4 red cabbage, sliced

• Salt and pepper (to season)

• 1 cooked piece of steak, sliced

Method:

• Slice open the bread rolls and spread on the mayonnaise and relish.

• Place on the lettuce, tomato, onion, and cabbage. Season with salt and pepper. 

• Carefully layer the steak on top, close, and enjoy!
